Depending on your schedule, the space may also be available for you to begin using on an hourly basis at an earlier date.

Flat rate of $350/month for one sublessee. Space is available every day except Mondays.

The landlord requires each sublessee to carry commercial general liability insurance in addition to professional liability insurance. The landlord also requires voices be kept at a reasonable volume in the office and in the hallways due to neighboring massage therapists & psychotherapists requiring a quiet atmosphere for their work.
